Faisal Patel is an ambitious banker who lives and works in Dubai. He moved to Dubai from his hometown of Preston, Lancashire, where he still keeps his speedboat. He often visits to stay with his parents in their guest room while he explores nearby waters.

“When I can, I bring my family along with me,” Faisal Patel said, “so they can see the sights and understand why I love travel. If they don’t come, though, I send pictures from everywhere I visit. So far, I’ve been to thirteen countries, but it’s my goal to race and golf in at least thirty in my life . . . I also want to go to Antarctica to hit a golf ball around, just to say I did it.”
