The objective of this project was to make a Pop Art creation of images with everyday objects. 

I was inspired by the images in the moodboard, and also the Mexican artist, Paul Fuentes. He is a graphic designer who mixes basic objects to then create extraordinary ones. 

I chose the doughnut because it is one of my favourite types of junk foods, and also because I like the aesthetic of it. The other object that I could find with a similar shape is the swimming pool float; I chose a yellow one because I thought it would be best suited for the color palette that I was going for.

What I really enjoy about this piece is that it is fun and quirky and full of color!
