Here is the process:
Sketch
Form all parts character and detailing head part
Finishing body part and started to adding effect to his eyes
Final Art
Finished all character parts including light, highlight, and shadow
Also adding more effect to his eyes and background itself
Don't forget to adding blurred or POV effect to give nice touch feels for this character
