Brief: Create a Good Parking Experience

With the initial observation of a city mall , we realized that the services such as parking , are treated as additional feature to the mall. It is seldom thought of for an experience. In general when the parking process or the experience is troublesome , the whole initial shopping /movie experience of the mall is overshadowed by this bad experience. Next time may be the person will think twice to come to the mall if previously he did not have a trouble free experience.
At the scurity desk will be a fully automated screen which shows the different slots in the parking which automatically updates at the arrival and departure of a vehicle. So the security checks for an empty slot and prints out a ticket to the customer.
The ticket will have the map of the entire parking lot so the driver is guided to the perfect spot without much hassle. The bay number and the slot numbers are clearly mentioned on the ticket and so is the arrival time and date. The tickets are colour coded as per the colours of the bay for easy recognition. The tickets also show the way back to the car from the nearby escalator/ elevator. In order to avoid wasting time at the exit while handing out the cash, the amount of money to be paid is explained in the ticket itself.
