Currently serving as the associate executive director at the American Academy of Pediatrics in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, Dr. Ramesh Sachdeva has worked in the medical field for more than 35 years. As a medical professional, Dr. Ramesh Sachdeva is also a member of relevant professional organizations, including the Society of Pediatric Research (SPR).
Established to create a network of researchers in a number of disciplines to participate in the advancement of childhood health, the Society of Pediatric Research features a diverse and multicultural membership. SPR believes that a variety of disciplinary and cultural perspectives can contribute to high-quality research as well as higher productivity and greater collaboration between professionals.
To encourage this diversity in its membership, the society incorporates active mentoring, training awards, and research programs that focus on including findings from a wide range of disciplines and studies.
