The Anvils – Best Non-Broadcast Single
This single was part of "Fairness Works", a larger human rights initiative for Canadian Labour Congress. The concept was to shine a light on the plight of migrant workers in Canada. The video begins with a North American family sitting down to enjoy dinner, and follows the story in reverse as we see how our food arrives on our table, the types of men and women who get them there, the conditions they work and live in, and what they've left behind to reach for a better future for them and their families.
