A Look at the Career of Adam Sevani

For the last 17 years, Bruce Furst has led the Austin, Texas-based Ashber Corporation as president. A veteran of the film and music licensing industry, Bruce Furst has discovered a number of up-and-coming actors, including Adam Sevani. 

Born in Los Angeles, California, on June 29, 1992, Sevani has become a well-known actor and performer thanks to his work in several high-profile films. During his childhood, his parents ran the Synthesis Dance Center, where he trained in dance. Following in the footsteps of his older brother, NLT member Visky “v” Sevani, he later joined a singing group called FlyKidz on CBS. Sevani also went on to appear in music videos for Will Smith, Missy Elliott, and T-Pain.

In 2008, Sevani made his feature film debut as Robert “Moose” Alexander in Step Up 2: The Streets. He received special recognition for his performance in the film, even earning the award for “Best Scene Stealer” at the Young Hollywood Awards in 2008. Sevani reprised his role as Moose in the next three Step Up films, Step Up 3D, Step Up Revolution, and Step Up All In. 

Aside from his appearances in the Step Up franchise, Sevani had a starring role in the 2010 film LOL, a remake of the 2008 French movie of the same name. Most recently, he played Logan in the short film How to Catch a Ghost.
