First, he will oversee ISBA’s efforts to provide guidance to individuals who own their own smaller practices on how to plan for succession as retirement approaches. He also says he will push ISBA to become a leader in the battle against gun violence, appointing a blue-ribbon committee to determine just how the organization should go about using its voice to help.
