UAB contracted me to produce a large Donor Board to help raise funding for the Palliative Care Center. This design was the centerpiece of the project.
The Hidden Valley Art Station Logo was laser cut out of steel and rusted for an outdoor rustic look. Terry Phillips, a former patient at the Palliative Care Center, wanted his favorite outdoor sanctuary to be a peaceful image for future patients and their families.
The six foot Hidden Valley Art Station Donor Board is prominently displayed in the Family Lounge at the Palliative Care Center. Families and the children of patients can relax in the Art Station, draw pictures for the their loved ones and have refreshments.
The Terry Phillips Family funded the Donor Project and are the first Acorn on the Board. Rodney O.Tucker, M.D is the founder of the Palliative Care Center at UAB.
