The Fifth Scream
When Munch painted the original four scream images, they were loosely based on a visceral memory of an actual experience. A memory he couldn't shake and repeatedly tried to express. In my incarnation the 5th Scream, I tired to imagine and portray that experience in a modern context—utilizing Munch's style and visual symbolism, to create an image—as he would express himself today.
For the painting process I used only Kyle T. Webster's digital paint brushes, photoshop and an oldie but goodie Wacom Intuos 3 tablet.
