Prepress workflow automation
Our collaboration with Tucanna Aleyant goes back to the first versions of TFlow, but in this new challenge our mission was to adapt all the features of the powerful software to a web and mobile environment adding also collaborative functions. Our conceptual designs show how complex features can be easily brought to a web environment and to a smartphone app. Making easy the statistics visualization, managing files and making the jobs review and collaboration a very easy experience was our greatest achievement.

Realtime information and updates. We designed a clean and balanced dashboard where the data is easy to read. A perfect place to keep track of jobs which are still waiting for approvals, missing artwork, on hold due to preflight errors, and ready to be sent to production.
Orders
A list doesn't have to be boring. We used a clean and simple style for lists where content and progress are the protagonists. But if an effective list is not enough, explore by cards. Great previews of each order with all the essential details.
Jobs
All important details at a glance. We designed a structure where what matters is the content, knowing where each Job is, and knowing more details if you want through detailed information panels.
Collaboration
A total immersion in the Job. A layout exclusively designed for the review and collaboration. Make comments and annotations on the proof quickly and easily. Everything about the work is visible to the whole team.
Mobile App
A full control of the jobs from your smartphone. The requirement by the client was to design an app focused solely on job management. By using cards we created a design that allows fast editing actions for each job, so changing the status of each job is only a matter of gestures. The work detail view maintains the same powerful features as the web version, like the review and comments.
