2004 - we got a client request to develop an email to deploy in support of a sponsorship of the first significant half-marathon held in Canada that year - the 2004 Nike 21Kmtl.
But as presenting sponsor there was so much more we could do with it, so we developed an asset library for associations and runners to use to help promote the event, developed an email program for pre-race registration AND promotion, and finally developed an award-winning microsite in French English that was an early "parallax" site that used the road as a scroll and content housing device.
