This project is a proposal for a Mixed use property in Lower Manhattan, New York city. The project comprises of ideas to combine residential, commercial and also incorporate the idea of Vertical farming. I focused on combining the activities of the users, rather than just the spaces, which helps tie the knot between the residential users, the commercial vendors and the general public of the High line at New York.
