Turbine Watch
44 mm | rubber strap
A year ago I was inspired by jet and I got an idea to make a watch in this style. The watch with fan inside looking like jet engine. I wanted to design something futuristic but still simple and decent. After more than half of year I finalized the design and made 3D model and visualization.
I tried more color variations and combinations. At the end, I decided for a dark blue anodized steel case, 44 mm wide and 11 mm high, with middle and bottom part made from classic shiny steel. This two-color combination I applied to the blue rubber band with thin white line going through entire band and visually touching the white hand in clock. In final version, the turbine is not functional and it is just a decorative element. I realized the rotating of turbine would be disturbing while watching the time. You can find the edgy and sharp fan design also on the crown. This watch is real harmony of shades of blue color.
