Black Mesa RF (http://blackmesarf.com/) is a consulting company run by a good friend of mine.  He asked me to step in and build some basic HTML, CSS and JS templates for him to put together a portfolio site.  This site does not run on any database-to-web project so it was fun to have the challenge of just simply "starting from scratch."
