While using the BetterWorks HCM system, managers are sent a weekly report of their reports' achievements. From this report, the manager can quickly absorb her team's work for the week, provide feedback, and highlight exceptional achievements.
Manager Dashboard View
The manager's main dashboard view shows the weekly achievement reports for each of her reports.
The manager can provide feedback directly in line while reading the weekly achievement report.
One exceptional achievement per week can be given a star.
Shoutouts allow team members to highlight help they received from others in completing their achievement. Managers simply hover over the shoutout section in the achievement to view who else contributed.

Each team member has a dedicated page that aggrigates all their achievements since joining the BetterWorks system. Including:

Add a Team Member
To add a new member to the team, the manager simply enters the first name, last name, and email address for that team member and an email invite will be sent to them. The manager receives an email confirmation when the team member accepts the invite and creates their account.
