Project: Design proposal for a 4 storey residential complex in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

Hailing from a joint family, Karunakar Reddy was looking to dismantle his current 2-storey residence and design a 4-floor home to house his family, parents and his brother's family. The idea was to create a combined living space for everyone, but at the same time give everyone privacy. Each floor is designed to have separate kitchen, bathroom and living areas.

The bottom most floor has been designed to be a mega family room that serves as a place for everyone to hangout, and even doubles up as a party floor when the families decide to throw parties or have any congregational events.
