Liquids in Motion
This series of images was created to showcase the beauty of liquids in motion. I never get tired of discovering the infitie number of forms produced of liquid in motion. Flash is used to freeze the motion and the splashes were cut out from the background and added to coloured digital backgrounds in post production.
The beauty is in the simplicity!
Keep an eye out for more liquid images in the future!...
Initial editing of RAW files was in Lightroom for basic adjustments. The images were then taken into Photoshop for manipulation.
During post processing - the splashes have been isolated using the Pen tool in Photoshop and layed on top of each other along with the shadows where they cross...
All of these images were shot using white paint on a coloured bacground which were kocked out in post and composted into the final images.
