"Byrtle" is a collection of location drawings in my neighborhood in Brooklyn (Myrtle Ave. & Broadway). The illustrations were published in a 16-page zine and distributed through shops, bars and bodegas in Bushwick. 
This project was created during my first year in the MFA Illustration as Visual Essay program at The School of Visual Arts in New York City.
