Madagascar Restaurant Branding
Betsileo is a NYC based casual dining restaurant inspired by the culture and cuisine of Madagascar. The restaurant is named after the Betsileo people of Madagascar who live in the central highlands of south-central Madagascar and are known as the best farmers on the island. The concept of the restaurant is that all of the food would be imported from the Betsileo community in Madagascar as well as its neighboring towns. The restaurant logo is inspired by the designs that the Malagasy and Betsileo woman of Madagascar draw on their faces with wood to protect their skin from the sun.
