Breif was to Create Creative Childrens Packaging for Socks.
The main part of the rocket packaging, middle rectangle to be cut out to show the socks inside.
The sleeve to go over the main part which has triangles that come out to form the wings of the rocket. The circles will also be cut out to see through to the socks.
Few sketches to workout what animals would work best for boys and girls, i would also be able to move them about on the packaging to work out the possible final layouts.
The final main packaging, bright flat colours i felt made it stand out more than lined work. The designs are to be printed onto card and with the triangle structure, would be durable against play as that was one of my main goals with this packaging.
The sleeve of the packaging which holds the fold out rocket wings and windows that allows you to see the socks inside. If given more time i would of loved to create the insides of the rocket to give the child more interaction with the packaging.
