+ small pebbles close to the river;+ vegetation test inside the rocks.
+ fog color change on the water, more greenish;+ low vegetation
+ skeleton in the water;+ moss and grass;+ some palms;+ aztec shader test of the "6" front face.
+ Remodeling of the 6, unwrap and texture test.
+ 6 base shape and shader done, I'll add some details.+ sun direction done.+ base texture on the bottom part, I'll do it in photoshop anyway.
+ displacement and some dust on the 6.
RAW Final render done, ~5000pxSome sketches on it, to remember what to add in photoshop.
First step of postproduction, I need to decide how to complete the water, the 6 and I still missing the explorer / small things around.
Following your comments I worked a little on the 6:- moss and dirt/sand on the top, covering the drawings.- ivy (I have to thanks Gianpiero, my collegue for the model!)- cracks and dust falling down/outside the shape.- more visible carving on the bottom part, I painted white some parts.Have a good weekend everybody!
I wasn't totally convinced about classic waterfalls so I did it more tridimensional, like something cutted out. I also tried to add a little bit of traslucent effect. Wahhh!
Tomorrow I'll fix last small things and I'm done with this :X
