This App is all about predicting the future.
People will be able to come to The Oracle and ask her:
"I have this idea for a Twitter post. How successfull do you think will it be?"
And The Oracle will answer: "I would say its a 4 out of 5."
And people will say: "You are indeed very miraculous oh high oracle."
And The Oracle will answer: "I would say its a 4 out of 5."

The truth is about live data analysis and training neuronal networks to understand the most successfull of twitters posts in language, keywords, grammar, style, creativity and topic.
But let's start.

Secondly you write about the message you want to deliver and submit it.
And finally you will get the feedback calculation of your input.
Previous tests are also visible for you to be able to iterate your post and find the best solution.
Inspiration: See the best tweets of the current hour. Best means tweets with a high amount of retweets per followers.
