Senseforth redesign

Senseforth is a sentiment analysis engine that aims at organizing opinions shared across various digital touchpoints by assigning value to it based on the phenomenon of the wisdom of the crowd. That engine (Expression Analytics) was used to build an enterprise software focussing on two different specialized offering, viz. Voice of The Customer and Shopping Assistant.

Creating the identity:

The idea of the logo sprung about from wanting to use quotes, it was the choice for it being representational of 'words'. Which was at the very heart of the product: attaching sentiment by analyzing words. At the other end of the product was it delivering insights by making those analysis. The naked eye in the center represent that nature of the product. The arrangement of the quotes in that manner also draws the letter 'S'.
Voice of Customer was built to gauge and measure customer feedbacks about any product or services, expressed on social media, by attaching sentiment to how they were performing, gaining insights on behaviour and being able to accurately forecast were they were heading.

Shopping Assistant on the other hand was built to help customers make guided shopping decisions. It attached sentiment to products from an overall to in-depth feature-level perspective and gave the customer insights by letting them make comparisons with other products, thereby helping them make a more informed decisions about what they ended up buying.

As part of the Senseforth technologies' first suite of enterprise software, the website needed to reflect everything that was Senseforth in a simple and elegant manner. The website was designed with the need of giving a introduction to Senseforth, its analytics engine and the product suites offered. Each product page had an overview of the industry problem, the solution they offered and a demo of the same.

My role

I joined the Senseforth team for a short engagement working at Moonraft. I lead all the design activities during that period including designing the branding, UI + UX and photography. I also visualized and designed the UI + UX for the enterprise software itself. That being an extensive project on it's own, will be added in as a separate piece of work.
Thanks for reading.
