Two Hands Jewelry Design is very near and dear to my heart. When my dad, Mike Cooper, approached me about opening his own jewelry design shop, I couldn't have been more excited. We wanted to create a brand that captured his unique traditional, yet playful style, while having a level of packaging that could be comparable to contemporary jewelry brands.

The idea of "two hands" has a dual meaning, referencing both the effect jewelry has to connect people together, as well as handmade nature of each piece, crafted directly through the hard work of Mike’s own two hands. We thought the idea of joining two rings together to form the “O” in “Two” would convey the idea in a simple, serif word mark.

We expanded the brand to business cards and social media banners, as well as hiring Caitlin Miller Photography to create beautiful product photography. I’m working on the Two Hands website now, which will be included in an update to this post once completed.
