In 2013 I was called by some friends to design the label of their brand new beer called Longhill from the name of the place they were using to brew the product.

Since they said it required some kind of astral conjunction to be brewed they asked me to comunicate to the customers this magical element in the concept of the label

This was the first design for the label, I choose to put an imp as magical element that is associated to the alchemy and the Celtic tradition.

They liked the magical creature but opted for an Ent (that are the animated treefolk of the Lord of the Rings) in the end (please forgive the pun). So "Buck" (this is the name they gave to the treefolk) become the new identity of the brew.
