KAÁNA
Situado en la zona hotelera más exclusiva de Cancún, nace un proyecto habitacional único en su clase. Nos inspiramos en el bagaje cultural e histórico que brinda la civilización maya para crear el nombre (Ka'ana que significa mar), con una adaptación comercial para su pronunciación. Tuvimos en mente la exclusividad y la modernidad del proyecto en sí, para crear una identidad a la altura del edificio, que reflejara tanto la personalidad de la marca como el lifestyle de los usuarios.
Located in the most exclusive hotel zone in Cancun, we find a housing project unique in its kind. Drawing inspiration from the Mayan culture and historical baggage, we created the name and identity for Kaána (Ka'ana, meaning sea in mayan), which we then adapted for easier pronunciation. We considered the exclusivity and modernity of the project itself, in order to create an identity worth of the building, reflecting both the brand's personality as well as the users' lifestyle.
