Paper HUG lamps for Libri Publishing Company's Office, Budapest
The interior of Libri Publishing Company's Office was reinvented by Oroszlány Kata and Oroszlány Miklós resulting in a multi functional, structured place. The separating walls were built of light unprocessed OSB boards combined with the vibrant yellow/orange panels giving a very vivid impression with the green flooring.
With regard to the lamps, paper was chosen to be the right material in accordance with the style of an editing company.
Whereat the new lamp line was born under the fantasy name of HUG. It contains 3 different pieces that are manufactured from paper waste and are all unique as a result of hand crafting. In total 13 lamps were distributed between the meeting room, the reception, the kitchen and the canteen. With their graphite grey colour and their roundness they became fully harmonic accessories to such an inspiring and vitalizing space.
