SPLICE creates campaigns for our clients.  We can create from scratch and coordinate all aspects of the campaign OR work with their exsisting marketing and talent aquisition function to personalize and disseminate.  Below are campaigns we have worked on from Panasonic, YP (former YellowPages).
 
Results of our campaings include:
•   Global brand:  48% increase in qualified candidates via our Loyalty Recruiting Process
•   Digital media company:  increased applicant flow by 25k per month with targeted campaigns 
•   Global Company:  210% decrease in their time to fill for software development roles

YP:  Come for a Cocktail, Stay for a Career
 
YP was hiring 1,000+ sales reps nationally in major and minor markets. Create a less formal "interview" utilizing their office space and locall pubs.  Candidates were marketed to via the talent acquisition CRM, employee's social media networks and corporate accounts.
Panasonic Campaign:  We Bring Careers to New Heights

Created print hand-outs for career fairs along with banner stands.  Created twitter campaigns and provided internal employees with messaging to share on their social media sites (LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter)
 
Banner stand sent to five global locations
University recruiting campaign disseminated via Twitter to students at each school, via LinkedIn and also through alumni networks of employees
Case-Mate:  Join the Case-Mate Family
 
Created a landing page (2013 to feed key jobs and highlight videos of key hiring areas (below is Operations, Sales and E-Commerce).  Initially we has the recruiting teams twitter handles on the site (removed after the campaign and created a careers related handle).  Page was inactivated in early 2015.
 
The video peaks of "Inside Case-Mate" were the selling points for the jobs.
 
We campaigned internally for employees to share videos and update their LinkedIn profiles with videos from their job family.
 
Results:  50% Employee Referral hire rate
