First version for a page that requires users to put in their security questions. This is something that is currently being worked on where I work, and this design matches the version the team came up with (this is my attempt at doing the same design, it differs slightly but not by much.) I will be working on another version using this design theme, that will be a little different in interaction and how the questions are displayed for the user to select.
