I led the Trends Research & Analysis (Signals, User profiles) that helped understand the Context, spot the Gaps & Opportunities in order to define the Design Objectives.
I also led a workshop bringing Design, Business and Technology together in the objective to bringing everyone to the same understanding of the situation, the context and the challenges.
