Applying text on an image is an important arsenal in any designer's repository, so here is my try.

 

Font : Raleway

 

1) Simple text on image, I made the text bold on contrasting quiet morning background. The white foggy background made it easy to blend colors of my choice.

2) In dealing with images including people, we can present text in an interactive manner. In this image I put the sign in form to the right to make it look as if the woman is making a choice by seeing in direction of sign in form, while the opposite choice placed on her left. Here I think the blurry train in the background helps us focus more on the text and the person
