I've been an advocate for the personal web page for a long time. There are certain disciplines where having a personal site is a given: designer, developer, photographer; but I advocate that anyone who has something to say has a reason to have a personal site.

I applied this logic to my girlfriend, who recently started job-searching. She's a writer & editor but didn't want a boring list of writing snippets -- instead I designed and built her a responsive website that tells her personal story, featuring content she wrote and a large background photograph I shot for her.

The design, photography and coding / deployment was completed over a long weekend. Check it out here: http://kaytee.me.
