My idea was designed around the creation of new shapes relating to the air space separating them and the forms they initially create. Imagined scenes through the individuals mind are constructed from the reflections and obstructions of buildings. “The decisive force of planes separated by air but moved and combined unconsciously by the observing human eye. Every element in a perspective representation is related to the unique point of view of the individual spectator,” (Giedion, 1967).
 
The changing formations of these externally transitioning buildings are created by the angle of perspective and atmospheric changes. These intersecting spaces where forms are singular and compare no relationship to surrounding buildings, reunite through the formation of the negative space produced and the reflections on corresponding surfaces, tying each element together. “Different dimensions in heights and depths are perceived by the observer, a succession of impressions like visual impulses recorded in time,” (Giedion, 1967). This dimensionality is related to the idea of Gamification and the changing images on the exterior of building surfaces, caused by elements being reflected onto corresponding surfaces.
 
The idea of looking up at a symmetrically balanced landscape rather than scanning the eye across a horizon, introduces a reform for natural human movements and observations. As “the largest structures rise in different directions and to different heights, one becomes conscious of new and accustomed interrelations between them,” (Giedion, 1967). The unconscious construction of vertical landscapes formed my interest into the reflection of individual daily maneuvers throughout the city.
