The brief: to create a 12 second animation introducing a chosen category for the Institute of Designers in Ireland's Graduate Awards ceremony.  

I chose the Textile Design category.  Pattern, colour and texture are key elements of textile design and I wanted to show this through a kaeidoscope style animation.  I used images of antique Japanese kimono fabrics and hexagonal shapes to create my animation, which was animated using Adobe After Effects.
