The first frog Frederick, was commissioned by London Zoo to launch the Year of the Frog in 2008 and it was topped up by Sir David Attenborough. The Year of the Frog was a worldwide campaign to save amphibians. I made these frogs for the Love London Recycled Sculpture Show at WWT the London Wetland Centre in 2009 which I also curated. The group show has over 20 sculptures and continues until April 5th 2010.The "skin" of the frogs is recycled glass.
