Our group is focused on building a 1:1 prototype of "Swarm Fabrication" from the first time in years. " Swarm Fabrication" might be repersent Roland's current research, to create "a methodological and conceptual basis for a behavioral approach to design“. Tt's not just a parametric design, but also is an algorithmic strategy drawing from the logic of swarm intelligence and operating through multi-agent algorithms.
In this group, we used KUKA prc to bending aluminum pipes in a three-dimensional space. In addation, we created a label system to manage each single parts. To make sure they can easily to group up together with space vector.
