RE/MAX Southern Africa New Website

Task - Redesign RE/MAX Southern Africa's website
The focus was to simplify the information architecture, improve navigation, enhance discoverability and make it easier to use on all devices.

Process
- We started out by conducting a series of usabiltiy tests on the existing website
- More qualitative user feedback was done using Usability Hub
- Insight into user browsing behaviour was provided by RE/MAX's analytics partner
- Information Architecture was layed out in Excel
- Wireframing and concept designs was done in Omnigraffle
- Final designs was done in Sketch

10 HOURS OF USABILITY TESTING WAS CONDUCTED
Here's 3 of the hypothesis' we tested:

Hypothesis 1
"By adding featured, related and location-based properties just below the header image on the Home page, people will find the right properties easier which in return, will create a higher engagement rate."

Hypothesis 2
"80% of users will find the right property by defining their search with the number of bedrooms, max price, and the type of property."

Hypothesis 3
"Re-ordering the footer content so that they become more structured and prominent in the top navigation will enable these users to easily find what they are looking for and create higher engagement."

To proof Hypothesis 3, where would you find the RE/MAX World Long Drive? :)
