Big Hero 6 Ad Campaign
In this ambitious campaign, we created ads that spanned from simple mobile statics to complex 3D takeovers. The main body of work consisted of ads targeted towards general and kid audiences, while supplementary creative targeted Halloween and other holidays. We made generous use of toolkit assets and audio to elevate the creative, adding “Easter eggs” on rollover and throughout the rich media. Our team delicately rotoscoped video and created custom visual effects for the 3D takeover.
 
Big Hero 6 opened in theaters on November 11, 2014 and earned the #1 position at the box-office.
Air Repair + Medical Memory HTML Games
We created two HTML5 games for the international release of Big Hero 6. Each game took a scene from the film and turned it into a simple, sticky, mobile-friendly game.
 
 For “Air Repair”, to achieve video-quality animation, our team created a 3D model of the film’s breakout character, Baymax, animated the different movements, and then exported them as PNG sequences which appear in the game. The game was built in a manner to be easily localized into other languages.
