Working for a small website and start-up company PregnancyPillows.net as a social media manager.

My role is:

- Social Media Manager: Managing various social media sites (Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest , Instagram etc). Ensuring social channels are on brand, reflect marketing stance and are effectively driving customer engagement and awareness.

- Content Creator: Creating, curating and managing all written and visual content for blog, website and/or social networking sites.

- Marketing analyst: Implementing social media campaigns. Digging into the data, analysing and drawing actionable insights.

- Community manager: Monitoring, listening and responding to customer issues and engaging dialogue on Amazon, Ebay, Etsy and Shopify. Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email communication.

- Designer: Designing logo, online and offline promotional material

- Blogger and Celebrity Outreach: Sourcing Influential Bloggers and Celebrities on Social Media, contacting them to gift products and ultimately promote the Brand.
