MYKITA is an eyewear manufacturer based in Berlin, Germany known internationally
for its hand-assembled prescription frames and sunglasses.

They asked me to create one main illustration, that would be used for their
shop windows worldwide, cards, bags and as a hero on their website.
They also asked me to produce three loops for their charity project, shown on a microsite
offering three different charity activities from the sector "vision/eyewaer"
for which the customer can donate.

These 3 Loops were created for the charity projects
that MYKITA is supporting:

Project #1: OneDollarGlasses
Worldwide, approximately 150 million people would need a pair of glasses, but can not afford it.
The OneDollarGlasses can be locally manufactured with simple bending machines.
The material costs: approximately 1 US$ !

Project#2: International Guide Dog Federation
The International Guide Dog Federation is a charitable organisation that provides help to thousands of blind and partially sighted people through the provision of guide dogs. They established international standards for the training of dogs and how to teach blind people the use of them.

Project#3: World Access for the Blind
World Access for the blind is a non-profit organisation founded in 2000 by Daniel Kish. The primary
work is to encourage and teach blind people the technique of echolocation for their movement,
using sound for navigation (clicking noises).
