This was an illustrator exercise I did. I chose the starter pokemon from Generation one because they're the one's I'm more familiar with. I found a couple free paper toy templates that had a similar overall structure to these pokemon and worked on the illustrations. I added things like Charmander's tail, Bulbasaur's bulb and squirtle's shell but unfortunatelly I didn't take a better picture of it. Still, I liked the result this being my first attempt.
