Multifunctional Furniture

This project is a direct result of a research I did considering the modern way of life - living fast and on the go; small apartments; clean shapes; the need for multifunctional products; using every bit of space available; feeling comfortable and connected with the nature etc.
This piece of furniture is designed mainly to fit in a small studio apartment where basicaly every square meter is very important. With a width of 130 cm, length of 200cm and a height of 60 cm on the mattress level this all in one "bed/sofa/dinning table/closet/bookshelfs" piece of furniture satisfies most of one's needs and are all incorporated together considering the available space and price factor.
Intended to be cheap for production, easy to put together even DIY, made mostly of recycled materials, able to be combined and positioned in different ways, multipule functions, this piece of furniture incorporates the "multifunctional" factor and idea all over it.

Main materials are:
- Oak wood
- Alluminium for the legs of the table
- Cotton for the mattresses
Side and top view and main dimensions
First function - a sleeping bed for two people
Second function - a dining table for 4 people
Third function - closet space underneath the bed mattresses
Fourth function - bookshelfs on the sides
Fifth function - 2 living room sofas and a coffee table
Sixth function - a big living room sofa and a coffee table
Second colour variant - walnut wood
Third colour variant - blue coloured plexiglas
