Project Goal Introduction:
The goal of this project was to redesign the previous websites for two Canadian accounting firms specializing in taxation services for trucking companies and individuals within Canada. The aim was to enhance their marketing potential, improve client engagement, and streamline lead collection through the implementation of online forms for job applications, client inquiries, and quotations.
Client Background:
The clients are Canadian accounting firms, each with 50-80 employees, focusing on accounting and taxation services within the Canadian market.
Challenges:
Outdated Design: The existing websites suffered from outdated aesthetics, negatively impacting the companies' images.
Limited Functionality: Lack of essential features like online forms hindered lead generation and streamlined communication.
Content Gaps: Development of persuasive text content was needed to complement the new design and features.
Open-Ended Scope: Flexibility in the project scope led to multiple rounds of revision.
