Podcast Cover Exercise: 

For this project, we were tasked with creating a fictional podcast cover that effectively showcased our Adobe Photoshop ability. Cooking content is a genre that has grown rapdily in recent years, and I wanted to take a creative approach to this topic that incoprorated aspects of rustic Americana and western folklore. 

I elected to create a cover featuring the popular American mythical creature of Bigfoot holding a tin saucepan highlighted by a leather cutout frame accented by a forest background. Much of my effort in this project was focused toward contrasting the mystery and uncertainty of nature and the forest with more "at home" aspects comfortable to the viewer. I felt that this best accented the contrast between the subject matter and topic of the podcast.
