This is a house design ordered by our client, Mr. AJ. This work is located in Pamekasan, East Java with environmental conditions that are often hit by floods. This condition encouraged us to create a multi-storey building model. we provide additional elevation of more than 1 meter from the original elevation. automatically in the front area we place access to the main door in the form of stairs.

This building only consists of 1 floor according to the client's request. consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, family room, dining room, kitchen and garden on each side of the building which functions for smooth air circulation. At the front there is a carport that can accommodate up to 3 cars.

This is the 3rd alternative of the 5 design concepts proposed. We provide 5 different exterior styles, such as classic, Balinese, futuristic, tropical and modern. We provide these 5 options and also take into account the client's character who is an assertive person. Finally a modern tropical concept was chosen.

On the exterior, this alternative design contains a classic style. we added corinthian columns arranged in harmony. and list of profiles at the top. On the terrace there is a curved playing area as the entrance. Because we are in a tropical climate, we adapted this classic style by providing a prism roof and wide openings in the form of windows. so that every room in this building can receive air circulation and natural lighting from outside.
