In my role working with M-Energie, a leader in the heating and cooling industry, I was responsible for producing and editing a series of short, engaging interviews for their social media platforms. These interviews featured employees sharing their personal journeys within the company, including their educational backgrounds, such as the types of baccalauréat they completed, and their tenure at the company. The goal was to showcase the positive work environment and career development opportunities at M-Energie, making these segments compelling to potential job applicants. The content was carefully crafted to highlight the supportive company culture and the personal growth experiences of the employees, thereby attracting prospective candidates interested in joining the team. This project not only boosted M-Energie's recruitment efforts but also enhanced my expertise in creating targeted video content that effectively communicates company values and employee satisfaction
