UrologyHealth extra Magazine Prostate Cancer Issue
This project was created for UrologyHealth extra, a patient education magazine published by the American Urological Association and Urology Care Foundation. As a special issue focusing on navigating prostate cancer, it demanded attention to detail for accuracy, and sensitivity to the subject matter. Throughout its development, the project went through numerous rounds of feedback, both internally and externally ensuring alignment with the needs of the client and target audience. A focus was made to deliver informative content in an engaging manner. The design process involved navigating unique layouts, some of which were inspired from previous issues, and others with more creative exploration. While each layout presented its own set of challenges, ranging from content organization to visual hierarchy, special care was taken to adhere to strict printing specifications. Balancing creativity with practicality, each design decision was carefully considered to optimize the readability and visual appeal. Ultimately, this project is an example of effective collaboration, delivering a visually compelling and informative publication tailored to the needs of its readers.
