Pasalubong / Welcome Gift — Package Design
Pasalubong, or "welcome gift" in English, is a Filipino tradition of bringing gifts back home to their loved ones. The tradition is common among Filipinos living and working abroad, typically away from their families. This project is both a love letter to Filipinos and an invitation to those unaware of pasalubongs to partake in the tradition. The Pasalubong/Welcome Gift box includes four individually packaged and widely beloved Filipino snacks. The package design features national Philippine symbols to reflect the vibrant spirit of the tradition, people, and country.
