Website Revamp- Service design
01. The Challenge
The existing website struggles to engage users effectively, lacking a integration of marketing insights, website performance and modern design. This gap blocks both aesthetic appeal and functionality, failing to meet user expectations and business objectives. Additionally, the website's navigation was confusing, making it difficult for visitors to find the needed information.
02. The Goal
Revamp of the website to enhance the experience and brand communication, improve the aesthetics, and optimize the overall performance by replacing website template, crafting productory and conceptual images, rewriting the copy content for visitors to easily navigate and find the information.
03. The Process
Solves problem suppose when sales go down.
A brainstorming session with the product marketing team to understand the business goals, challenges, desired outcome. This was followed by website audit to identify the areas for improvement- Website new layout, crafting new images, and rewriting the copy.
Ideate some solution based on the research findings- Sketched and presented the low-fidelity wireframe of the images and gathered feedback.
From various solutions it’s time to decide which solution to build- designed the final images according to the content.
Build the prototype of the website with ready to go content (New layout, Images and copy) and presented it to gather feedback after observing it.
Upon approval the images were forwarded to the product and digital marketing team. As UX Engineer (UX/UI designer) I closely collaborated with the team to ensure accurate outcome along with the quality assurance testing.
The average session time increased by 5-15% after replacing the copy, images which were self explanatory, and new HubSpot website template.
